My toughest opponent I would have to say so many of the girls from university football there were so many who were unreal footballers from universities all over. Barriers to football when you’re a mother Yes. Timings and days of training/matches are one. We are currently training very late in the evening because it is the only pitch we can get. Training doesn’t start until 8:30PM meaning you don’t get home until 10:30PM. Late nights and early mornings aren’t ideal as well as you’re not being able to do basic things like put your child to bed.

The people that inspired my career I have had a lot of role models over the years with different teachers, management and inspiring players but most importantly my boyfriend, friends and family because that is who I want to impress and push myself for.Balancing everything Sometimes I don’t lol. I have my wobbles along the way because it does be difficult but having all the support around me to help me with Currágh does get me through it.
