Start of work on the apartments at The Farm follows the recent announcement that homebuilder Ashton Woods will construct more than 100 townhomes in the project. The new homes will be priced from the mid-$300,000s. More than 1.6 million square feet of offices, 142,000 square feet of retail, a 150-room hotel and 60,000 square feet of restaurants, townhomes and urban residential units are planned in The Farm.
With 135 acres, The Farm development is designed to include both commercial and residential construction.
