A rental community in Dallas’ downtown Farmers Market neighborhood has a new owner.
The 340-unit Cortland Good Latimer apartments were built in 2016 at South Good-Latimer Expressway and Interstate 30. Dallas-based investor SPI Advisory LLC just purchased the apartments, which are located between the Farmers Market and Deep Ellum. “We are excited about the future growth of downtown Dallas,” Michael Becker, principal of SPI Advisory, said in a statement. “The large influx of recent capital in the Farmers Market and nearby Deep Ellum along with the emergence of the new East Quarter neighborhood has us bullish on the future of the eastern side of downtown Dallas.”The apartment community includes an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a resident social club, a business center and a pool lounge.
