Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Shahkar Khan Shinnwari , who has been missing from his home in Clongriffin , Dublin since Thursday November 2.Shahkar is described as being approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes, and a broad build.When last seen , Shahkar was wearing a black t-shirt, and black tracksuit pants.
