The singer sold the six-bed house in 2021 for €1.04 million.
In his appeal, Mr McGill said that the proposed roof profile in the scheme would “not detract from the character of the seafront”. Mr McGill further contended that the proposal did “not detract from the character of the area, either locally or in wider context”.
