There are two heritage assets on the site, Waterlane Farm and its adjoining South Barn, as well as the entrance barn to the site.A similar planning application was granted in 2021 for 60 ground mounted solar panels in a field immediately adjacent to the gardens of a Grade II listed residence in Great Gaddesden.
