Aidan Forker has been a part of the Armagh team for over ten years, initially playing as a defender for the team and now serving as their captain.
He has a hectic life outside of the field, balancing his roles as a devoted husband to his partner Eimear, father, and vice-principal of a school.
“Family is number one to me and if it comes too much or too hard to handle, then we would have a conversation as to whether it’s doable anymore, but thankfully Eimear supports me 100 per cent in everything that I do and what it takes to try and stay at this level and hopefully continues for another wee while yet,” he previously told Evoke.
He contined: “My brother was in England at the time. He played for Preston North End so he signed when he was 16, spent a few years over there and ended up coming home again.
