The suspect is seen knocking the victim to the ground before fleeing the building. Police said the suspect snatched the woman’s car keys andAuthorities asked anyone with information about the incident to contact Area 3 Detective Harris at 312-744-8261.through Nov. 6 compared to the same period last year.
