The OurWhisky Foundation relaunches its renowned mentorship programme, now called the Atonia Programme, to support more women and non-binary individuals in the whisky industry. The programme offers personalized mentorship, virtual workshops, and networking opportunities, aiming to elevate careers and foster a more equitable industry. Due to overwhelming demand, the Atonia Programme is expanding into regional chapters, with the first two launching in Great Britain and Ireland.

Non-profit organisation, the OurWhisky Foundation, has relaunched its globally-renowned mentorship programme for women in whisky amid a major restructure, and is now accepting applications for its first regional cohorts.

This overwhelming demand has prompted a move away from a global approach and the establishment of new regional chapters that can provide more opportunities to those in need.

Becky Paskin, founder of the OurWhisky Foundation, says, “Our mentorship programme has rapidly become a beacon for women seeking to develop their careers in whisky, but until now we’ve been limited as to how many individuals we’ve been able to help.
