A search is underway for an armed suspect who carjacked a woman after being chased by Washington State Patrol troopers and then crashed in a stolen pickup, according to Washington State Patrol troopers.
Law enforcement said the carjacking occurred on 238th Street Southwest and Highway 99 but the incident began before that at an Everett apartment complex.
