A group of Quesnel civic workers fired after they refused to get COVID\u002D19 vaccinations have had a lawsuit they filed thrown out of court.

In his ruling on the defendants’ application, B.C Supreme Court Justice Nathan Smith noted that he was not being asked to rule on the merits of the workers’ allegations or the public policy issues that had been raised.
