Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office is working to determine what happened andsaid it is collaborating with the attorney’s office, adding that the fake tickets were “purchased outside our official channels.”Bad Bunny was streamed more than 18.5 billion times onThe company said the sales for Bad Bunny’s concert were the highest in demand in Mexico’s history and “more than 4.5 million people” registered for one of the 120,000 seats that were available.

Ticketmaster wrote, “This situation, apart from confusing people working the entrances, temporarily overwhelmed the ticket reading system which unfortunately stopped the system from also recognizing legitimate tickets. It is important to underline that there was no quota or overselling of tickets.
