Bambie said they received no aftercare after the show, with the singer saying that they just went back to their hotel room after talking about something 'so triggering'.

RTE has said they haven taken Bambie Thug’s comments “on board” after the Eurovision hopeful slammed the Late Late Show for having no aftercare after they opened up about their horrific sex abuse.

The 31-year-old said: “Patrick is lovely, a really, really nice guy. But what I will say is I don’t ever get provided with any aftercare, which is something I need to ask the Eurovision about as well. We all need a bit of aftercare. “That’s something I think could be done better, providing support or at least a check-in afterwards because I’ve only started therapy in the last month after a history of extremes.”

Bambie also told the RTE Guide that they are looking forward to bringing Doomsday Blue to life on stage in the first semi-final on May 7. Eurovision legend Johnny Logan has previously described the song as a potential winner and a renewed burst of support from the Irish a week ahead of the event means a victory is now just a 20/1 shot from 33/1.
