Aberdeen suffered a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to PAOK on Thursday evening despite being 2-0 up.
Barry Robson has admitted that there is no anger in the Aberdeen camp after their controversial loss to PAOK on Thursday evening - but there is a bit of 'frustration' in the Pittodrie ranks.
A claim for a penalty was waved away by the match officials to leave the ground stunned, and in the final minute of added time their misery was compounded when a challenge in the box led to a PAOK penalty being awarded by VAR, which Stefan Schwab stuck away with glee to send the travelling fans barmy.
Robson said to Sky Sports on Friday: “It’s more just a frustration. The players and staff put so much into the game, including the fans, and for me it’s frustration more than anger. “What I have learnt is that when you’re coming up against these teams that are more well-financed, we’ve performed so well - Frankfurt, the Swedish champions - ultimately, we’ve been so unlucky. I know people say you make your own luck but the hard part is there’s wee details that have caught us every time.
