The show returned with more incredible items on Sunday night, and one guest wanted to know the value and history of a pistol he was given as a gift

On Sunday night, a guest turned up to learn about the value and history of a pistol he was given as a gift. Expert Robert Tilney was around to provide a valuation of the pistol and was excited to share what it was worth. The owner of the gun revealed he had been gifted the item as a teenager by his stepfather.

"This is a top-quality presentation piece," expert Robert explained. "I mean, if you start going back from the muzzle, you have this fabulous burst of gold here, gold chasing. The two cartouches are the Turin-proof marks. This is silver inlay work of the finest possible quality."According to the expert, the pistol was worth approximately £15,000 to £20,000 . The shocked crowd gasped as Robert added: "Not something that a small boy should have played with.

The popular PBS series returned to Minnesota, where it met with locals hoping their interesting items might be more valuable than they initially thought. One such guest presented expert James Ffrench with a beautiful textile that she had bought for a song. "It's a piece I found at a thrift store in Minnesota," she explained.
