Strictly Come Dancing star Angela Scanlon was left 'furious' over a BBC producer's alleged comments towards her after she began presenting hit show Robot Wars in 2016
Angela Scanlon has recalled comments allegedly made towards her by a BBC producer after she began hosting Robot Wars in 2016.
"It was Sunday night, eight o’clock, a big entertainment show and I had wild impostor syndrome. So I felt very nervous about the actual doing of the job," she admitted. Angela was left "absolutely furious", and she explained: "The next meeting I had with this person, there was a conversation less around the content – which in my mind was my job – and more around what are you thinking you’ll wear? I was like, 'That’s not important'."
