Israeli company Redefine Meat, which uses 3D-printing technology to replicate the taste of beef and lamb, has launched in four international cities this week.

Emily Maitlis went to find out at Chotto Matte - one of the few restaurants to sell it - and is joined in the studio by the Telegraph’s restaurant critic William Sitwell.
