My oldest always was in the medium room….. but I moved 2 times and it’s always had to change …. Once I was in the box room and two of my youngest shared the main bedroom.
Our plan is my boy will take over the box room and the girls will take over the biggest room as we are moving soon again…… Good luckI would have the younger two share. I agree it's a big change for teens to be expected to share when they haven't been used to it. And by the time the older ones are pre-teens she may have moved out so one can have her room, or depending on how big the attic room is you could put a proper room divider in.
