If you're heading out to vote across Belfast today, here's all the candidates standing across the council area
Belfast City Council has the most candidates of all the local authorities in May's local government election.Of the parties, Sinn Féin is fielding the most candidates with 26, followed by the DUP and Alliance each with 18 and the SDLP with 11.
The Green Party is standing 10 candidates, People Before Profit has eight and the Ulster Unionists have seven. In the last council election in Belfast in 2019, Sinn Féin won the most seats with 18, followed by the DUP with 15, Alliance with 10 and the SDLP with six.
