It's 1998 - Halloween night falls over Belfast and local channel TVNI begins broadcasting a spooky special event, Haunted Ulster Live.
Haunted Ulster Live is a new comedy horror film by award-winning Belfast-based filmmakers Dominic O’Neill and Will McConnell, who have earned recent success on the international film circuit for short ‘Belfast 1912’. Read more: DIY ideas to help reduce pumpkin waste this Halloween Dominic said: “It was amazing for us to have the World Premiere at Frightfest London in August, and showing the film on Halloween night as part of Belfast Film Festival is a dream come true.Haunted Ulster Live follows Veteran presenter Gerry Burns and children's presenter Michelle Kelly who team up to investigate a house supposedly disturbed by poltergeist activity.
Described as "equally funny and unnerving" Haunted Ulster Live also boasts great performances, an eerie score and a production design that pulls you back, kicking and screaming, to the late 1990s.
