Ben Foster has revealed who was the hardest-working player at Wrexham while he was at the club.
Foster came out of retirement in February 2023 to sign for the Red Dragons after first-choice goalkeeper Rob Lainton picked up a season-ending injury.gain promotion as National League champions, most notably when he saved an injury-time penalty to secure a 3-2 win over promotion rivals Notts County.
On his podcast, 'Ben Foster's Fozcast', Foster stated: "James McClean is the hardest-working player I've ever come across in my life. "I'm just like, 'You alright mate?' And he looks at me as if to say, 'Not now mate, I'm dying'. Gives me a thumbs-up and then carries on.
