Jack Bissell pleaded guilty earlier this month.
's home was attacked and damaged by a former chef wielding a fish knife while the actor and his family were inside, it has been revealed.reports.
Bissell, who is 35, was fined £250 and given a three-year restraining order preventing him from going near Cumberbatch's family and their residential area. A court heard that the incident involved Bissell kicking through the front garden gate, pulling up a plant and throwing it at a garden wall, then spitting at the intercom and tearing it loose with a fish knife.
