She has some nice form in Dundalk with a 28.49 victory last time out. Is She There was another who won at the Winter Racing Festival for trainer Rosemary Price. This lady was due a big run and she obliged at 8/1, beating the 11/10 favourite Short Grip by a length. This daughter of Droopys Sydney – Dairyhill Josie races from trap five in heat 3 and will likely be the favourite.
Short Grip is the 5/1 outright favourite for trainer/owner Patrick John Cocoman from County Offaly. She ran well in defeat at the Winter Racing Festival with trap four to suit in heat 5. There are plenty of dangers here with Hawkfield Abbie a major player for trainer John F McGee. She has 28.21 over course and distance so she must be feared along with Mustang Fever in trap six for trainer Patrick Guilfoyle. She has a fast 28.17 round this Dublin circuit but has been out of luck lately.
