Betty White also recently shared her advice to anyone dreaming of Hollywood. The 95-year-old Golden Girls star turns 96 this month.
The six-time Emmy winner added that she also just tries to focus on the positive things in life to help her live happily.“It sounds so trite, but a lot of people will pick out something to complain about, rather than say, ‘Hey, that was great!’“Don’t think you can wing it, because you can’t.
“We’re in show business, which is fun, but take your business seriously, because it is a serious business.” The actress, who will turn 96 on January 17, admitted that she’s only got one thing on her birthday wishlist: to finally meet Robert Redford. The pair have not collaborated before – or even met – but it’s been a longstanding wish of White’s to meet her celebrity crush.
