U.S. President Joe Biden said he expects to speak with Chinese President Xi Jinping for the first time since March.

"I think I'll be talking to President Xi within the next 10 days,“ U.S. President Joe Biden told reporters Wednesday Eastern Time, according to a White House transcript.When asked whether he thought Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi should visit Taiwan this summer, Biden said:"The military thinks it's not a good idea right now, but I don't know what the status of it is."by the end of the month.
