The Green Day singer and guitarist's 1962 Chevrolet II Nova was stolen in Costa Mesa last week.
on Feb. 5 that his beloved car was stolen, writing that it was “near and dear to all our hearts and has been in the GD family for over 30 years.”
Roxi Fyad, a spokesperson for the Costa Mesa Police Department, told City News Service that the estimated value of the stolen items is roughly $48,000. The guitars stolen were an Aria Pro II V that was burnt orange and a champagne-colored Roland G-707, Fyad told City News Service.
