Bizarre trial over San Antonio murder-for-hire scheme soon will be up to jurors

Navarro-DePaz, 44, told the jury that both Martinez and Flores were part of a violent underworld group that extorted regular payments from her as permission to operate a bar on the far West Side,and eventually forcing her to sign over her ownership of rental properties and businesses.
