Unfortunately, there's no simple answer.
However, there are definitely times when a bit of retailer trickery leads to some less-than-stellar deals. As with any sales event you’ll see a mixture of bargains, discounted end-of-line stock and strange things found in the back of a warehouse somewhere. Sometimes, you have to sift through that to uncover the gems.
