A Lancashire council is drawing up a ‘dying well’ plan for the first time. The new blueprint is part of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s new Joint local Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2023 – 2028.
A report by Cllr Talbot said: “During 2023 new local arrangements for oversight and coordination of Dying Well will be developed.
