A town centre is set to get a surprise new restaurant after the owners changed the menu from American ‘wild west’ to Turkish.
A spokesperson for Sofra said: “We are doing something really exciting with four talented Turkish chefs from different regions of the country offering a diverse and ever-evolving menu. Sofra will provide a genuinely authentic dining experience with our customers having the chance to experience distinct flavours from regions across Turkiye.
“Our diners will be able to enjoy a top-quality menu, but we’re conscious of the economic climate and so what we do will also be at an affordable price.”
