BREAKING Driver admits causing death of pregnant mum-of-two in horror M66 crash

A driver has pleaded guilty following a crash which caused the death of a pregnant mum on the M66 last month.

The 38-year-old, from Oldham, was then hit by an out-of-control BMW being driven by Adil Iqbal, 22. She died two days later in hospital, reports the MEN.In court today , Iqbal, of Hope Street in Accrington, pleaded guilty to causing her death. He also admitted causing serious injuries to Frankie Jules-Hough’s son, Tommy.

Iqbal, who was supported by his family members in a packed courtroom, will face sentencing on July 19, where he will also be arraigned for the final count.He added: “He accepts driving dangerously and causing the collision which led to the death in count one. There’s no post mortem as such but he accepts the overwhelming likelihood that the death was the result of his driving.”
