Falkirk Council's licensing board granted Bo'ness Express new owner permission to change layout

A Bo'ness shop described as being in "a bit of a timewarp" has been given permission to change its alcohol display area as part of a refurbishment.

Solicitor Gordon Emslie explained that the shop was under new ownership and was being modernised. His clients took over the property, which is leased from Falkirk Council, earlier this year.
