Police were called to the Longfield Centre in Prestwich in Bury, Greater Manchester, at around 7am.Cops had earlier received reports of concern for the welfare of a man close to the Radius Building.Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and North West Ambulance Service were also called to the incident.
The scene remains cordoned off, stretching from the Croma and Panama Hatty's restaurants off Fairfax Road to part of the Radius Building near Farmfoods and the public car park.More to follow...
