Officials say the incident involved one boat that was anchored.
MCSO says a man swam from the boat to the shore and on his return back to the boat, he went under the water and didn't resurface. After hours of searching, MCSO officials announced Monday that his body was located about 21 feet below the surface. He has been identified as 20-year-old Neria Aranbayev.UPDATE. No collision took place. This was one boat with several occupants that was anchored and swimming. One person was in distress for an unknown reason and went under water.
