Welsh singer Bonnie Tyler and sitcom actress Pauline Quirke have received MBEs for their work and dedication to their outstanding careers in music and television
Singer Bonnie Tyler and Birds Of A Feather star Pauline Quirke have received MBEs from the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle for their work towards their sensational careers.
Actress Pauline, 63, starred on the show alongside Loose Women presenter Linda Robson from 1988 to 1999, and in a revival from 2014-2017. She is also known for appearances in Emmerdale from 2010 to 2012, and in the crime drama Broadchurch - featuring stars David Tennant, Jodie Whittaker and Olivia Coleman.
Shirley, 34, played in defence for the Ireland women’s field hockey international team more than 300 times and said receiving an MBE was “completely unexpected but very special”.
