Boots shoppers are obsessing over a makeup product that is said to be an exact dupe for Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter.
The product is the e.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter which calls itself a: “complexion booster” that gives a glowing, soft-focus look. You can wear this product on its own, under or over makeup. According to the description, the glow booster is: “Infused with squalane and hyaluronic acid” that “creates a skin-enhancing, soft focus effect for effortless radiance.” The product is advertised as "the only filter you’ll ever need”.The e.l.f. Halo Glow Liquid Filter has received more than 1,000 five star reviews on the Boots website and has an overall rating of 4.5.
