Boots shoppers have been rushing online after the retailer launched a sale offering up to 70 per cent off some items. The offer includes deals on popular brands including Nivea, Ted Baker and Gillette.
On social media, fans of the store have been sharing their excitement at the sale. Although others have reported problems with the website crashing at points due to high demand and some items selling out quickly. Some of the deals currently being offered on the Boots website include the Nivea Hydrate Yorself Skincare Gift Set which is normally £16 but is being sold for £6.40 and the No7 Ultimate Skincare Collection 10-piece Gift Set which is on offer for £42.50, down from £85.
On Facebook, an excited Boots customer called Donna posted to remind others about the sale, which began today. She posted an image showing a cartoon woman holding a cake and balloons in celebration, with the caption: “70% off Boots sale starts today.”
