CHILDREN FOUND: Authorities have located both children who were inside a stolen car Saturday night in Philadelphia that triggered a brief Amber Alert.
According to police, a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old were left inside a running car on North 33rd Street just after 7 p.m. while their caretaker ran into her parent's house. The man abandoned the 4-year-old who had his mother's phone a few blocks down the street. Police were able to track the phone to located the 4-year-old who was then taken to St. Christopher's Hospital.
The Pennsylvania State Police issued an Amber Alert for the missing 1-year-old shortly after the abduction. The child and the caretaker's vehicle were later found safe on the 800 block of Huntingdon Street, according to police.
