He was stopped by officers who spotted 'an unusually young looking driver'
PSNI officers on patrol on the Main Road in Moygashel area on Wednesday evening, May 24 observed the teen driving the JCB telehandler shortly before 10pm.
The boy was cautioned for driving-related offences and a report has been sent to the Youth Diversion Officer.A post from the PSNI's Road Policing and Safety Page said officers had noticed 'an unusually young looking driver' operating the machine. "While patrolling in Dungannon last night, officers from Mahon Road station spotted this JCB being driven by an unusually young looking driver.
"We stopped the vehicle & discovered the driver was just 14. He will now be reported for a number of offences.""Officers observed a telehandler on the Main Road, Moygashel shortly before 10pm on Wednesday, 24th May," the statement said."The boy was cautioned for related driving offences. A report has also been sent to the Youth Diversion Officer. Enquiries remain ongoing.
