A 15-year-old boy on an electric bike has died after smashing into a parked ambulance having being followed by police.

A huge emergency services response was launched following the incident. Police and paramedics were pictured along Langworthy Road on Thursday afternoon following the fatal incident. Police blocked off the road for a number of hours as serious collision investigators trawled the scene for evidence. An ambulance with a smashed windscreen was pictured within the cordon.
