Yet more blood has been shed in a week of violence across Greater Manchester which saw the heartbreaking loss of a teenage boy. Kyle Hackland was just 17-years-old when he was stabbed on Southlea Road, in Withington, last Tuesday morning .

He was such a kind and well-mannered young boy who always looked out for his family - never failing to say 'love youl as he walked out the door.
Meanwhile, police have arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of robbery following the Old Trafford incident, with officers continuing their enquiries. GMP is yet to make an arrest following the Whitefield incident.
