BREAKING: A murder investigation has been launched after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Hillingdon, west London - the 30th teenage homicide in London in 2021.

Police were called at 7.30pm last night to reports of an injured male at the Philpotts Farm Open Space close to Heather Lane in Yiewsley.Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 8.25pm.Formal identification has not taken place and a post-mortem examination will be held in due course.Police activity at Ashburton Park, where the 15-year-old victim was found There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
