Adam Idah picked up what appeared to be a nasty injury against Motherwell last Sunday.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has handed his Ireland counterpart Heimir Hallgrímsson a massive boost by issuing a positive update on Adam Idah ’s injury.
There were concerns that it might require a lengthy lay-off as Idah went for a scan - and he missed Wednesday night’s 2-0 win over Dundee, along with Callum McGregor and Nicolas Kuhn. However, Rodgers suggested after the Dundee game that all three would make the weekend clash with fellow unbeaten side Aberdeen, who beat Rangers 2-1 on Wednesday to stay neck-a-neck with the Bhoys at the top of the table.He added: “All three will be fine. Nicolas Kuhn had a sore hip after the game at the weekend. But he trained earlier, so that was good. Callum as well, and Adam also. We'll see their reaction. Hopefully, it will be alright.
