Brian Molefe and Anoj Singh are appearing in court currently on state capture-related charges linked to their time as group executives at ports and logistics giant Transnet. Their appearance at the Palm Ridge Specialised Crimes Court in Johannesburg court was confirmed to Moneyweb by National Prosecuting Authority Investigating Directorate spokesperson Sindisiwe Seboka.

Image: Supplied Molefe, Singh, Pillay and Nyhonhya’s appearance follows other Transnet executives or executives from state capture-tainted companies, such as Trillian Capital Partners, that have already appeared in court earlier this year on corruption charges.
