It's common to order these books online ahead of nuptials – but one woman revealed why it may be better to pick up a guest book in person.
That's because she was sent a completely different item! Thankfully, the bride-to-be found the mishap rather amusing and posted a video about it on TikTok. She said: 'I get married in 12 days and today I was supposed to get my guest book, but when I opened it to my surprise I got the wrong order.' Expressing her disbelief, Tara showed viewers the strange delivery: a slim, black hardcover titled 'Shoulder Meat'. 'You might be thinking, 'What is that?'' she said as she flipped through the pages. As the title suggested, the strangers were photographed with pieces of raw meat perched on top of their shoulders. Tara added: 'These are people I do not know with meat on their shoulder. 'I do not know these people, so if you were supposed to get this - and instead you got my wedding guest book - then I'm sorry, but I have contacted the place I ordered from.' Unsurprisingly, people found the mix-up to be pretty hilarious. In response to the viral clip, one wrote: 'When you said 'shoulder meat' I still wasn't prepared for what came. I was thinking you got a butcher's business album or something. Like shoulder cuts of meat. But noooo!' Another quipped: 'The other people opening up your book and immediately gasping, '...oh no', knowing that a stranger received their book and won't know how to process it.'
