Bridgerton's Marina Thompson actor discharged from hospital after mental health struggle
Bridgerton star Ruby Barker has been discharged from the hospital after seeking help for her mental health struggles.
"I didn't know what to expect when I put that video up," she said. "I didn't expect to have so many people reach out and let me know how they're doing and tell me about their own mental health struggles. It's made me feel less alone." Giving advice to her younger self, the star noted: "I would tell myself it's not all doom and gloom. Even when you hit rock bottom, it's not all doom and gloom."
"Thank you, everyone, have a blessed day, take care of yourselves, don't be afraid to check in with your loved ones, and we're all in this together as they say in High School Musical, big big love."
