THE BRITISH ARMY has confirmed that a number of soldiers have gone AWOL (away without official leave) and may be fighting Russians in Ukraine.
However, an Army spokesperson told Sky News that these soldiers were disobeying orders and that all active service personnel were banned from travelling to Ukraine.They said: “We are aware of a small number of individual soldiers who have disobeyed orders and gone absent without leave and may have travelled to Ukraine in a personal capacity.“All Service Personnel are prohibited from travelling to Ukraine until further notice.
