Bruno Fernandes is a notable absentee for Manchester United on their ongoing tour - at least on the pitch - as he continues to recover from last season and Euro 2024 this summer. However, the Portugal playmaker is not putting his feet up exactly as he continues to go through his own individual training regime.
A narrow defeat to Arsenal at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles followed, before United salvaged pride in a hastily-arranged penalty shootout, but Fernandes has not yet laced up his boots in a match situation. In one clip, Fernandes is shown receiving a pass from the right-hand flank before curling an unstoppable, first-time shot into the top corner, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance. In the follow up, Fernandes is seen running with a resistance band, adding another layer to his fitness and pre-season conditioning.
