Brunson scored a career-high 38 points on 17 of 27 to lead the Knicks to a 117-114 win over the Spurs at Madison Square Garden. The season series between the teams ended 1-1 after the Spurs won last week at the AT&T Center in a game Brunson sat out with a hip injury.
