Youth farming group Macra is looking for 800 welly tossers to set a new world record at the Ploughing Championships.

The event’s assistant managing director Anna Marie McHugh yesterday revealed that the ground at the venue in Ratheniska, Co Laois, is already soft due to heavy rain.
